I informed the owner that I am a white woman and my boyfriend a black man, he then told me race couldn't be an issue in deciding if our application be approved, but he could find other issues. This should have been a red flag as to don't waste 50 dollars on background checks... But it's against the law to do what he did so we did it anyway.. We met all qualifications. My bf had 2 cases that were dropped by a judge, so his record is clean. I've got a clean record. There are about 5 or so open trailers that would fit our family and he rudely denied us.
