The staff was courteous during the visit.

There is no follow up though. I had a UTI and the nurse practitioner who saw me said she will send the urine sample for culture and sensitivity testing. I called the office after 3 days and was told no results came back and we will call you. Called the office 3 more days later and was told that the sample was never sent to lab because it was not ordered by the provider. They asked me to go back and give another sample. I opted not to because my baby was sick.

This was our 1st visit here as our doctors are in Ruston, closer to where we live. We had a pretty good little wait but I kind of understood why after the care my children received. I'm sure the busyness of being "after hours" Saturday was part of the reason for the wait but I'm also sure locals make it a point to go to them. Our experience was very good in that we knew our children were cared for instead of just being numbers. If we were closer, we'd use them more.

WOW!!! I can not tell you how much I was please to visit this clinic. The staff was so caring and understanding. I really felt like I was being treated like family. I have been to other clinics in the area and NEVER felt welcome. I suggest everyone come to this location and be seen for your medical needs. I will tell everyone I know to visit Family Convenience Clinic.
