Hands down worst shipping facility EVER!!! The only reason that they get 1 star is because the owner was man enough to call me back the next day to tell me how they screwed up, but with only half truths. Long story short - do NOT send any important documents with these people. Dropped off contracts that assured my client $6000 and the worker gave my client a receipt and tracking # for an item they shipped a week prior. we of course didnt notice until the next day when the item never was delivered. Instead of telling us the truth, that they dropped the ball, they kept telling us that fedex lost the package so we had to spend about 4 hours getting docs resgined and spending another $40 to ship....then the suckers gave shipped our package that night. They had it the whole time!!!!! awful and dishonest!!!
