I had the absolute best experience topped off by the best haircut, that's right, I put the service and the haircut at the top of the list. That girl did an amazing job!! When I sat down, she began asking me a few questions to make sure that she got everything done just like I wanted it. She then performed a perfect 10 on the haircut, followed by a hot towel and head massage. What a great experience that I have been missing all these years. Normally my barber just uses a small broom on my face and head or maybe the occasional blow dryer to remove some really stubborn loose hair, but this time was different. This barber actually washed all the hair off me so I did not have it falling down my collar all day long and finally have to wash it off myself at the end of the day. WOW!!! I give this place a two thumbs up review.
Can't wait to go back and get a foot detailing and a massge.

You ever get that strange feeling like you might be shopping in the wrong department; you know that if you go in Old Navy, Gap, ect... that you have to figure out the girls side from the guys side. So many places today look unisex, but not that new Barber Shop.

Their slogan on the door says "WHERE IT'S ALL ABOUT MEN!!" I went in a couple of days ago for a quick cut and the lady at the desk mentioned the fact that they actually do the old timey straight razor shaves and I had a few extra minutes because I was actually borrowing a little time from the boss during lunch, so I decided to have a shave with my haircut. Wow, what an experience!! Mandy really fixed me up that day. I can't wait to make the rounds in there; I met Mandy, Andi, Terra, and Tammy. Who's next...

A buddy of mine told me about this new barber shop in West Monroe that his friends opened a few months ago, so I thought I would go try it out. Well, it was everything he said and more!! Andi does a fantastic job with a "Trophy Buck" that I can't wait to go back. She said that she has been working there for about 9 months and she loves her job. She started off by asking questions to find out more about me, my hair, and any problems I might be experiencing with my hair/scalp, then she begins the work. Hot wax on my hands and away she goes; she cuts my hair like a real pro, shaves my neck with a straight razor, and lays me back in the sink. She washed away all the loose hair, applied a steaming hot towel with some tea tree oil and began massaging my head. Wow, when I woke up a few minutes later, she set me up and said that she would love to style my hair for me and I could change it if I did not like it. The only problem I have is that I can't style it as well as she did; I guess I'll have to get her to teach me how in a couple of weeks when I go back. Thanks Andi.

Just wanted to say thank you and throw out a little support for my new found friends at SPORTSMAN'S - The Gentleman's Barber in West Monroe, LA. Ramona did a great job trimming up my hands and feet, getting me ready for sandals. My girlfriend should not give me grief this year about my crusty feet and corn chip toes because Ramona fixed my mess when she did a "Foot Detail". My feet are smooth like a baby. While I was having a "ME Day", I went ahead and got the massage and a "Trophy Buck" haircut. What a day!!! Thanks Ladies.

What an incredible concept, women making men look better with scissors in their hands!! I have to admit I was a little nervous at first; trying a new barber is always nerve racking. These girls really know their stuff!! I got my hair cut, my unibrow waxed, and my nails trimmed all in one place. And I have to admit that I have been missing out all these years by not having my hair washed every time I get a haircut; really have not figured out why everyone is not doing the wash, but I know for sure that no man is going to rub on my head like these girls do.

Domino's Pizza on Cypress has good food and fast service for a Chain Pizza store.
