“DISGUSTING PLACE”

We rented an apartment at Shadow Creek Apartment in West Monroe, LA. This place is no way in living condition. There were lots of problems in the apartment when we checked in and we gave the management the issued to be fixed but no response. The management is rude and irresponsible. Even after many attempts of requests the problems did not get fixed. The apartment had lots of maintenance issue like holes in carpet, broken windows and screens, broken shower, had washer and dryer but not working. The carpet was off the floor all around the apartment and on the stairs. I even fell couple of times climbing stairs, luckily I did not get hurt. There were lots of bugs coming from underneath the carpet and padding because the carpet and padding was like thousand years old. After contacting pest control they informed us that to resolve this they have to replace the carpet but management does not care they just want money. The neighborhood is very bad of the apartment also. There are lots of other apartments around which are lot better than this. The problems were not getting resolve and getting worse. We finally decided to leave the place because it was not in the living condition for any human being. After giving them the final notice we left the very next month.
