I neeed my charging port replaced and that was it. They proceeded to mess my speaker up to the point I have no volume now. I didn't ask them to even touch my speaker and for some reason they did. They won't respond to my emails about the issue or anything. I would never recommend going there. They're very unprofessional and do not fix the mistakes the made

I've used them several times.....for iPhone issue, but also to replace a hard drive in my MacBook Pro.

They've been very helpful and have always gotten the job done. There may be teens at the front desk, but the folks in the back knew what they were doing.

Stay away, all they want to do is charge a diagnostic fee and then still can not explain to you what the problem is. I have taken 2 devices there and same story each time. They are so called apple certified repair techs....lol. Poor customer service, young kids working register area and hanging out. This place is a joke and I do not believe it will be in business long if all customers are treated the way I was. Both items I previously took there were repaired without any problems at game mechanix!
