We have so bad experience with Natrel.We ordered some cosmetics, some russian medicine and some herbs from them.Paid whole amount $1200.00 before they sent to us.We did not get all items, some of them were missed for $200.Natrel investigated that about 5 weeks, and finally was agreed that they did not send whole order.So now more than 3 months, but we did not get $200 back.Hundreds phone calls, hundreds conversations, hundreds promises, but no money back! Today they told us againg to call back end of this week. Don't buy from them!
