From these centers a wide variety of office product are available which include over 2,000 office pantry items and 40,000 office supply items. We take pride in offering our customers an extensive selection of items that include "Green Certified" and "Made in the USA" items. Additionally, Perkaroma supplies and maintains the latest coffee brewing and water dispensing equipment for office and foodservice environments. By installing the ideal equipment for each customer's unique situation we are able to maximize the customer's desired result while working within their budget. Technology is an integral part of Perkaroma. State of the art proprietary systems are in place for everything from order processing to delivery, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and efficiency. The benefits of these systems begin with order placement. Customers who choose to place their orders online can elect to set up a custom order approval structure. This unique tool allows customers to better monitor orders placed for various departments or locations. In addition, the order fulfillment process is automated with barcode recognition software to ensure order accuracy, and all delivery vehicles are outfitted with real-time order tracking systems that provide the most accurate delivery information possible. To simplify our customers' accounts payable activities, electronic billing and summary billing are also available. Our seamless ordering and order fulfillment processes create efficiencies that translate into significant savings for our customers.
