I have only good things to say about the staff and management. From the manicurist to the hair stylist! All very professional and friendly. I have Been going since they opened and will not change places. The place is very clean and all products of very good quality.

The people who work here are only nice to their friends. They don't seem to care about building a loyal clientel. My nail artist got mad at me because one of my nails got ruined when she forced my to stick both my hands into an LED machine designed for one hand. Very trashy employees who spend more time talking to each other than helping customers.

Nail stylists are distracted, about to their coworkers from across the room. They also have dirty tools, the woman was using her own acrylic nails to clean under my fingers instead of using a tool. They also force you to stick your hands underneath a gel LED machine designed for one hand.
