Rather than trying to help a parent find a solution to her stranded child, Joe, felt it more important to inform her that he takes no fault in any misunderstanding, that he puts all blame on her and that it’s the end of his day so he would not be helping or offering transportation so the child is left at school hoping to hear how she will arrive home. I feel if providing transportation to young school students, your job is not done when the clock strikes but rather when your responsibilities have been met. Highly disappointed in this treatment!
