I would tell him to stay as far away from this apartment complex as possible. The staff at WestGate Arms puts on a front that they care about you and will help. We have been without hear for almost a week now and they claim to have fixed it but every day I look at our thermostat and it continues to be set at 72 and daily it is dropping between 1 and 2 degrees. We have many of our neighbors @ WestGate Arms who I have talked with who are also without heat. This is to be included in our rent and they turn around and tell us to go by space heaters. Not to mention they say they are going to do things on Monday as far as our locks and its Wednesday and still not done and no message left. Another thing is there appeared to be a leak and a lot of cracking in the ceiling of the bathroom and all they did was come in ant throw some spackle on it. Every now and then the ceiling/ drywall is soft as if it was soaked in water. I have voiced that there could be a leak and if so it could be promoting the growth of mold but my calls and visits to the office fall on deaf ears. Also I have reported what looks to be a water leak in the bedroom and no one has come to look at that. This apartment complex and company does not care about its tenants or their issues.

The other issue I have is the parking spot I am assigned at WestGate Arms. I have people illegally parking and keep blocking me from having access to be able use it. These cars that are blocking my car are illegally parked and the complex does nothing when you call. They say call the Towing Company and the towing company states they will not tow a car unless the complex calls and they will not. And now I have to deal with insurance and what not because my fiancé in pitch black accidently hit a black SUV that was illegally parked. I again after this happened asked for signs to be put up or markings on the ground and still nothing. So I have a assigned parking spot I can’t use 50% of the time or more. This is ridiculous and again I would not recommend this place to anyone.
