This morning around 11:15 a.m. I visited the WEST NYACK Dunkin Donuts store. I ordered via the drive-thru a small caramel latte w/whipped cream. When I got to the window the girl says my total was $3.51, I asked her how in that I just visited the same store yesterday with the same order which came to $3.13; I even showed her the receipt (for which the guy who made it yesterday was superb). She couldn't tell me but just kept saying, $3.51 is your total. I asked to speak with the Manager who says "they didn't charge you for whipped cream" with an attitude and walked off. I told her that I was unaware that I was 'given' whipped cream for free. Then the other girl proceeded to hand me a chocolate iced coffee, something I didn't even order. I had to repeat my order for her to make it; I asked for the total she repeated $3.51. I would've thought the Manager would have extended some customer service but she didn't. I canceled and the girl cursed saying, "That woman held up the F****** line!". I proceeded to visit the Nyack store dwn the street, ordered the same thing with whipped cream and the total came to $3.13.
