I love working at Pine Ridge Assisted Living Facility! There is a small number of residents so I get to know them on a daily basis, their habits, their names, and what they do and don't like to eat since I make meals for them. Our facility is very clean (we mop the floors daily, as well as vaccuum, wash dishes, and do laundry on a daily basis). We also strive to make the environment as stress free as we possibly can. Each resident gets their own bed which is made daily by one of the workers. We strive to make everyone as comfortable as possible, encourage interactions amongst all the residents (there is often a game of dominoes or Skipbo being played). If any resident needs special care, we go that extra mile and give that care to them.
