went last Saturday 3/3/18 to pre-order 3 dozens of donuts. I ordered and paid for the next day. When I was leaving I saw a sign that said "get 15% off all pre-orders" I thought great. Since I had already paid, I went back and the lady who rang me up (very nice btw) said that she didn't know how to do it but when I go to pick up the order the person will adjust. Ok. When I when in the next morning, I spoke to the Manager, Jared, very unpleasant, who said that donuts are cheap and that he is loosing money, I explained what happened etc and would not agree. I show him that I just paid $30.00 and showed him their sign of all pre-orders. He flatly denied and refuse to honor it. As a local customer, I was very disappointed. Needless to day, will not be going there again. Is not about the money, is about the principle.
