Established in 1986, Highlawn Pavilion is a family-owned and operated restaurant that offers European-style cuisines. It features French rotisserie, wood-burning Italian brick oven and char-grills. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, such as fried shrimps, scallops with celery root puree and butter pouched lobsters. The restaurant also offers a variety of entrees, such as chicken breasts roasted fingerling potatoes, saut ed spinach, black truffle sauce, wild mushroom risotto, crab cakes and grilled filet mignons. It also offers a bar menu that includes dishes, such as fried calamari, smoked salmon and roasted red and golden beets. It has private-dining rooms and provides a custom-designed menu.
