Good peoples good business

I have been to this salon a few times and I always left with a smile on my face. Kim, the owners daughter is really nice.... all the workers there make you feel at home.... Maggie has been the only one to cut, dye and do my eyebrows there and she is excellent at all 3!!! They even have sugar wax there- u should try it! Also they wont let you leave there if they dont think you are happy. I am very pleased and will continue to go there!!!

I went to this salon because it had good reviews, and although I agree it was nice and the people were friendly and they cut my hair well, I was very surprised when the amount I was charged for the haircut and blow dry was 50% more than what I was quote over the phone just two hours earlier! I had described the length of my hair very specifically and was very precise in confirming the price over the phone before I made the appointment. I was given some explanation about the thickness of my hair, but this seems like a bait-and-switch to me. Prices quoted in advance should be honored and I believe the price should not be randomly decided. Does it really take longer to cut thick hair as opposed to thinner hair?

I come here with Francis for color, cut, & facials. FRANCIS is exceptional and Norma is immaculate. The salon always has a calm atmosphere & it is a pleasure to be a client at Norma Salon & Spa.

Excellent service and very friendly, I felt like at home. Very professional, I loved it. Will continue to go there. I have sent a group of friends and family members, they loved it. I guarantee you... go once and you will continue to go.

This is a great salon and I have been a long time customer of Norma.

I came to Norma salon and spa to get a keratin treat,ent for the very first time. With the treatment I also got my entire head dyed and after my treatment in received a trim(comes with the package) and even though it was raining outside that day I felt like a BRAND new woman. Norma made me feel gorgeous again and we were all happy on how great my hair turned out we took before and after pictures and the difference afterwards I was completely speechless. I have also gone there to get body sugaring done and the products they use are so smooth and relaxing I didn't feel a thing. This salon has been my newest since opened and I do not plan to go elsewhere they make you feel like right t home. Coffee was offered music was very relaxing and the conversations allowed me to feel like myself i felt right t home..which is how a salon should make you feel. If she was busy t anytime I would go there It is deff worth the wait :)

I went to this salon for highlights and a new haircut and was so happy with the results. Everyone is really nice and they use products that are great for your hair. I am definitely returning to this salon everytime.
