I love Anne's Bridals! They have always had such a great selection and customer service! They are great for prom, wedding, or tuxes!

When shopping for my wedding Anne's Bridals was the first and only place I went to. The selection was amazing and the staff was very nice and helpful. I was able to get my bridal gown, bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dress, and tuxedos all from Anne's. It was so nice to be able to get everything in one store. I would recommend Anne's to anyone shopping for a wedding or prom dress.

Amen to never walking in that place again! The worst customer service I have ever received!! The owner was the one that waited on me and she was rude and very unprofessional. I don't know how she gets business at all. I would drive to Chicago before I would ever spend another dime there!! I would give her a minus 10 rating if I could!

I will never walk into this establishment again. Yes, they may have beautiful dresses, but their customer service is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. I went with a friend to try on wedding gowns and they acted like we were trying on t-shirts and jeans. Finding a wedding gown should be an enjoy experience, a woman should be made to feel beautiful, especially considering the gowns were $1,000+. We made an appointment just to make sure we would be treated nicely and taken care, but I was so wrong. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not you are treated like a nobody. When someone is willing to spend well over $1,000 for one of the most important days of their lives at least treat them like they're special. The women in this store were not helpful at all and were whispering while my friend was looking in the mirror at a potential dress. I will never, ever spend a dollar or another minute of my life in this store and I will advise all of my friends/family to do the same. What a shame. The owners of this "locally owned, family business" dress store should be embarrassed of the image they are portraying.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! There is absolutely no service. When you walk in, they will show you where the dresses are and tell you if you find something to let them know and they walk away. They are not helpful and act as if they don't care if you find anything or not. Buying a bridal gown is almost like buying a prom dress. You look on the racks and if you find something, good. If not, oh well. Very disappointing!!!!

They are lacking in good customer service and are rude to the customer when a mistake is made by them. Even when a dress is hemmed too short.. they refuse to make it right. No apologies or no attempts to fix the problem. Also the dress had not been steamed and there were loose jewels and sequins. It seems they are only concerned about the initial sale. After they have your money, you don't matter anymore.

My experience with Anne's Bridal's was very unpleasant. I was looking for a simple wedding gown as this was my second marriage and we had not planned a very formal wedding. I found a beautiful gown at Anne's Bridal's but of course it had to be ordered.We payed half of the amount due when we ordered the dress and the other half, according to the sales lady , was due after alterations were complete.When the lady from Anne's Bridal's called me she informed me that my dress had arrived and that I could come have it sized at anytime. My fiance asked her if there needed to be a payment made on the day I had my dress fitted and her reply was " No..you will need to pay the remainder of the amount due after the alterations are made". With that being said I returned to Anne's Bridal's the next day. I was greeted,taken to a dressing room, and left there for 20 minutes by the lady that was supposed to be waiting on me. The sales lady passed by and said that she was going to wait on the other customer and she would be right back. After that two other ladies walked into the store and were assisted by the other staff while I stood there in my wedding gown waiting to be helped. The sales lady that escorted me to the dressing room walked back by and said she would get another sales person to help me. I didn't understand why she could not help me because her customer,who had arrived after I did, was already gone. After waiting another period of time the sales lady came back by again and asked if so n so had fitted me. I told her no. She then told me she would take care of it herself. I was then fitted and had a discussion about what I wanted altered. The sales lady was becoming very rude and I was under the impression that she just did not want to bother with me. I tried to overlook this behavior. All I wanted was my dress altered to look it's best. When I went to the service desk to see what I needed to do next, the sales lady said I had to pay the remainder on the dress before she could alter it. I tried to explain to her that the lady we had talked to the day before had said no payment till alterations were complete. She was becoming angry and told me that was not true and she refused to do anything to the dress until it was payed for. Of course I was very upset being told one thing by one person and another thing by someone else. I had two weeks until my wedding and was forced to let Anne's Bridal's take care of the alterations, but if I had more time I would surely have taken my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional and dirty. I noticed all of the dresses hanging were dragging the floor and dirty. I have a stepdaughter that needs a prom gown and some friends who are getting married. I will warn them against Anne's Bridal's. I hope everyone reading this will think before using this store.
