Unfortunately my experience was bad from the very beginning. My son was not able to see the doctor because they waited until the day of the appointment to tell me that they didn't have the appropriate information they needed and that my son wasn't able to be seen, but keep in mind we made the appointment over a week before. The office manager was extremely rude yelling at me then she hung up on me after expressing my disappointment . And being that I also work in the healthcare field I found this to be completely unacceptable and unprofessional. In fact even going as far as making a complaint against the office staff to the doctor will do no good because the doctor will not receive the message anyway. Completely and utterly disgusted that they would employ such a rude and disrespectful person ! What a total lack of regard for other people and their medical needs!!! There are too many good dr's and staff out there to waste your time with this ridiculous mess!
