I have had their service for years, I reccomended all my family. My parents, aunts and cousin all use them. We have alway had good service. Our tech calls us the night before and are always on time. This is a family owned company that really cares. On the rare case that I see a bug near my house, they show up the same day to get rid of it. Great company with great employees.

Would I recommend them? Not at all. . . . On August 5, 2011, a salesman came for spider problem. He said traps would be set to eradicate spiders, ants, roaches, and silverfish. We gave him a check for $150 for this service. When the technician arrived the next day, he said there were no such things as these traps and merely sprayed inside and out. I complained that this is not what we paid for and was told they would come back the following week to check for spiders and spray again. We never heard from them again. I called the salesman who said he would talk to the owner and get back to me. No one did. I then called another owner directly on his cell, but he never called back with a resolution and has not answered two calls my husband and I have left for him. The products we contracted for were not delivered, and we ended up paying $150 for our house to be sprayed once for bugs. We have been faithful customers of theirs for 8 years, including a yearly termite control contract, and do not expect this sort of treatment from them. Unfortunately, I can't give no stars, or I would.

Thank you guys for providing an honest, affordable, and effective service. I am definitely going to recommend you to all of my colleagues and friends. Thanks for keeping my world bug-free!
