friend invited me to the park, really bad condition sould use an upgrade, street pave, painting about, but she showed me their new laundry room that was upgraded now thats what i am talking about it was beautiful, stands out like a diamond why isnt the rest of the park that nice, other ones are.

I have lived at the park for 17 years. seen tenants come and go. can't trust everyone although you would like to. every effort has been made to eliminate trouble makers. it's a quiet park that I brought my grandchildren to often. we have a lot of return tenants during the season. if you are a thief, or into illegal activities, please don't rent here.
