Provided by YP.comI recently closed on a house in Cresswind at Lake Lanier in Gainesville, Ga. The Mortgage Company was CTC Mortgage and my contact was John Craig at Cresswind. Home closings are always of a concern, especially with the unexpected. Yes, there is a lot of signing of documents, but a lot of it was done over the Internet and was handled at home. John explained each document before my signing. Also the loan rate that I received was very competitive with other lending institutions.
I will have to say it was a very smooth experience and I highly recommend CTC Mortgage and John Craig.

And did a lot of waiting until I had all the papers that were needed.
