UnScrouplous/Unethical way of running a business



Based on the reviews posted here, I decided to get my sneakers fixed at this shop, even though it is some distance from my home.



My Asics shoes needed the soles reglued. I picked up the supposedly fixed shoes from the shop after 3-4 days and after wearing them, both sides started to come loose within the first 20 minutes. Within the hour, the sole on the right shoe almost separated and the left one opened up completely on the inner side.



Since it was a friday, I took them back to be fixed on Monday. I was surprised to know that this business not only refused to acknolwedge the shoddy work done but also mentioned that the repair was not warrantied and wanted to be paid again to fix the same issue. The guy also blamed me for abusing the shoes and using them in water.



Was such a basic shoe repair so hard!!!! When a business cannot stand behind its own work or guarantee it for any time, you better start looking elsewhere.



BTW the shop insists on cash payment only so if you do end up in this place, be careful how you pay as that may be your only recourse.

Family owned business where they are very professional and do VERY GOOD work!!!
