Provided by YP.comI set up an appointment for a checkup per advice from a co-worker. Only after I'm in the dentist chair does the receptionist bother to ask if my insurance is PPO or HMO. Since I had HMO and they don't take it, I'm quickly out of the chair and back to square one. Thanks for wasting my time!!
