I have been employed through David Wood for over five years both as an outside temp worker and within their office. In every situation I have been treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. All of the recruiters, especially Audrey and David P, have worked long hours to find assignments fitting my skills and often complicated schedule. Even throughout these difficult economic times they strive to provide their employees & clients with the best fit for everyone. As both an employee & an employer, I have worked through many staffing agencies over my career, but David Wood is the ONLY one I come back to time & time again.

I have worked for David Wood Personnel off and on for almost 8 years now. Audrey Ealem is the agent I have worked with the most. Personally, I have never known a more friendly and caring professional type of person. She has helped me through many a "tight" spot with just the right employment when I needed it. I can honestly say that the good rapport that I have been able to maintain over the years with this agency is due to Audrey. I highly recommend David Wood Personnel and Audrey Ealem as a personnel agent.

My significant other and I moved down to Florida in August of 2010 from the Midwest, I contacted David Wood Personnel within a few weeks after my arrival. I scheduled an interview with David shortly there after. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by their staff. I met with both David and Audrey and I knew right from the start that a professional relationship was going to begin with them, as they worked closely with me on getting my resume out to many of their clients for potential job opportunities. After completing my computer skills assessment test and had my background check they submitted my resume that same day. The next day I received a call from Audrey that they had a short term assignment she would like to submit me for. Audrey and David always had me in their mind as job opportunities arrived from their clients; there was not a week that would go by that I would not hear from either one of them. As of today I can proudly say that I work for a wonderful company in South Florida and many thanks go out to them both. I failed to mention that this is also my first time working with a staffing agency and if I had to do it all over again I would. Thanks to you both for all your hard work and dedication.

David Wood Personnel is a professional service which I have used as a candidate and as an employer. Every position they sent me to was a professional atmosphere (they screen their clients) and exactly as expected. The candidates they sent to work for me once the tables were turned and I was an employer were always top-notch administrative professionals and as described with the required skills. Feel confident in using them for employment or employees. I have worked with Audrey, specifically, and she continually exceeded my expectations, but I'm sure all of their 'personnel' can assist you.

I would never think about attempting to utilize the staffing services of this company again. I set up & appeared for my interview with David Wood Personnel as scheduled. I was asked to send my resume via email before my arrival. The agent not only had trouble locating my resume in her email but had so much clutter on her desk that she had to take notes on her lap (I was asked to resend my recommendation letters due to the fact that they had misplaced them). The other agents were conversing about their pers. lives so loudly that I could barely hear in order to respond to questions. My agent stated that she had the perfect job that I was qualified for & would submit my resume & get back with me the following morning. I also stayed to take (3) computer tests. Needless to say, I have sent an email to my agent once a week for more than a few months with not even as much as a 'we have no positions available as of yet' back as a return response. Follow-up is important. I can only hope that they treat the businesses they work with better than the candidates.
