Provided by YP.comThis store was amazing. I had gone to the store located in Sunrise, FL and they have the worst staff I have ever came across. Not only were they rude but did not like the fact that MY mother was talking to ME in Spanish, and we were just LOOKING around the store for ideas, not an appointment. I quickly left and made my appointment with the one in West Palm Beach Okeechobee. Day and night difference, I think the name of the girl who helped me wasAnrika and she was AMAZING!!! Super sweet, made sure to help me get into my dresses and made sure all dresses were within my budget. She was soooo helpful I was able to say YES to the dress!!!!! after a horrible experience at the sunrise location and at Alfred Angelo, I thought I was never going to find the right dress. But not only was she helpful, the whole staff including the manager on duty made me feel so important and welcomed. I am going back next week to get my mom's MOB dress and all of my bridesmaids dresses as well as my flower girls. They deserve all the praise to be honest. They made my search for all the dresses necessary SOOOOOOO easy!!!!

Provided by YP.comI only went in twice and I cancelled 3 times and the staff was not only nice but very understanding Marlee especially she found me my perfect dress and she's the best nice sweet and patient ask for Marlee when you go there!!

Provided by YP.comMy best friend is getting married soon. We all bought our bridesmaid gowns, the wedding gown, accessories, flower girl dresses, etc... in your store. If we had known how rude, unhelpful, inept, etc..... they are, we'd have never bought a thing from there. From here forward, none of us ever will. The West Palm Beach store's staff is absolutely wretched! When Tiffany McCoy calls to make payments on her dress, they don't answer the phone or they put her on hold and never get back to her. When she told them that she was going to make payments on the dress, the staff's demeanor changed immediately and they became rude and uncaring. They kept sending emails that things had come in and we had to come and get them within seven days, we could not reach them on the phone to find out what had come in, we drove an hour down there to pick up our items, only to learn that they hadn't marked in the system that we had picked up those particular items and the rest hadn't come in yet.

Provided by YP.comCustomer service is lacking at this location. We choose a 4:30 pm appointment at the WPB location and also selected some dresses to prepare for the appointment to save time. We arrived early and my group checked in and browsed through the selection of wedding dresses. After waiting 30 minutes past our appointment time we questioned one of the staff. The manger Matthew then came over, asking us to fill out a clip board. He had repeatedly walked past us numerous times, never acknowledging us, or apologizing that they were running late. I explained to him that we showed up early to be courteous of their time and they had ample time to have us fill out a clip board. At no point did he mention how much longer it would be until we were helped. They were inconsiderate of our appointment time, and seemed very nonchalant about the poor customer service. Point is appointments run late which is unavoidable, but you should never lack customer service, everyone's time is valuable.

Provided by YPmobileThose working at this David's Bridal are rude and clueless. At my bridal dress fitting the lady kept pushing and pushing me to buy stuff I didn't want. They messed up two of my bridesmaids colors and every time I've tried to call and fix it, the lady had no idea what I was talking about. I'm not happy at all with this store.

Provided by YP.com8/31/15 I called to ship my dress once it arrived in store with no problems placing the order giving payment and shipping information was informed by Ashley that items ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays and that an email with a tracking number would come to me. 9/4/15 I called and spoke with Ashley requesting tracking number because I never received and email I was asked to leave my number for shipping to call me with tracking number directly. 9/10/15 I call and speak with Emma; explain that I have no email or phone call with a tracking number get put on hold from 6:26pm-6:49pm when they hung up on me. While on hold I called and asked to speak with a manager from my fiance's phone Emma placed me on hold from 6:37-6:49 pm when that call was also hung up on at the same time that the longer holding call was hung up on.
Upon calling back at 6:50 I finally got Brianna who was able to give me the tracking number within 1-2 minutes. When I looked up the tracking it appears they just shipped the items at 1:52 today with 4 business days to go.
I will not be ordering bridesmaids/maid of honor dresses through David's Bridal based on the hassle and lack of care given after dress is purchased and shipping is paid. I would strongly caution those who have tight wedding deadlines.

Provided by YP.comI made an appointment, had a few dresses under favorites and was so excited to try them on. I had the worst customer service ever. The attendant was sweet but no experience whatsoever. ZERO experience. I tried two dresses out of 9 from my favorites and didn't really like them. I asked her to bring more options and she said "I can only bring 3 at a time". I asked for dresses with no ruflles, she brought 2 ruffle dresses. As I was upset that none of the dresses I tried were what I was looking for, I attempted to walk around to see if I could find something else. I was told by a different girl I was not allowed to browse and that if I wanted to try something on I would have to have (the inexperienced) girl to help me. Very frustating. I don't recommend this experience to any bride. Waste of my time.

Provided by YP.comWorst Customer Service Ever! I hope they close that store or fire everyone there. They are unorganized, rude, and clueless. Go to a private Bridal Store with good customer service. The employees there are like animals.

Provided by YPmobileToday we had great service @ David's Bridal. Carla A. Helped my mom find the perfect dress for her grandsons wedding. She went out of her way to call other stores out of town to have the dress shipped to my mom! You don't find good service like that any more. Thank you Carla for excellent help!

Provided by YP.comAs mother of the bride, I went with my daughter & 3 of her bridesmaids. Although our consultant started out asking all of the right questions, she seemed to ignore our requests. We knew what the bride looked good in as we had just come from another salon. At one point she even said "she's not going to like that" when the MOH pulled a dress. After each dress, she took time to hang each one up before trying the next selection, which made the appointment drag, and since the dressing room was so tiny, (and dirty with gum on the floor) she kept leaving the door open, at one point a male consultant walked by!! The bride didn't seem to like any of the dresses, and although we as a group liked some, we collectively agreed that SHE was the one who needed to like it. So there was no arguments about the selection. We thanked our consultant, then as we left she said to my daughter, "Next time you com, try to only bring one person with you." WTF??!! Where did THAT come from?! Two of the bridesmaids are engaged & that's one place they'll never go to for their dress!! What started out as a nice experience just sent us elsewhere with NO recommendations! But I have to say, when one of the girls asked for a comment card on the way out (there were none) 2 managers followed us out to ask what the problem was, were very understanding & nice. But damage done.

Provided by YP.comI went to David's Bridal in search of a wedding dress that was conservative and a bit traditional. I was greeted when I walked in and was set up with a consultant. The consultant was working with me as well as another bride, which really made it to where I was not getting the attention nor the help I needed. I wanted a dress with sleeves (short, mid-cut, long I didn't care) but they told me that is not the style now and that I'd be hard pressed to find one like that unless I went to a vintage store. I also wanted a dress that made me look like I was getting married, not one that made me look like I was trying to show off my body. I tryed on a few dresses and found that there weren't very many different styles or cuts. I asked if they knew of a place where I might be able to look at other dresses, they said they didn't. Now I understand that they want to make a sale in their store, but if they would've been polite and let me know there was a bridal store just a few seconds up the road on the left... I might have gone back to them for accessories or shoes. I guess this store would be fine for a very modern look but this store is NOT for everybody....
