I orded a "limo" for prom night, the man on the phone told me that the SUV limo will fit 6-10 people, I had 7 at the time and I clearly said if more people come will we be able to fit them and he said oh yes thats fine. The "limo" came and it was just an SUV that only fit 7 people, you can't call it a limo if its an SUV thats false advertising. We also had 9 people but the SUV could only hold 7 so 2 people had to drive separately, and the guy said on the phone it can hold 6-10 people. The driver of the SUV felt bad and didn't realize, he said this was the car he was given, and I understand it was not his fault at all. The next day we get a text saying "We need your payment information" which I already gave them when I made the reservation. And then we get another text saying "We need your 4 digit security code" so we call and he tells us if we do not pay by 12:00 he will double the charge and we owe him tax and tip (which I already tipped the drive) and so we tell him the card only has a 3 digit code and already gave it to him and he say "ok, I'll get back to you on that." And so far I haven't heard anything from him. But do not order from this place you can get an uber luxe SUV for cheaper.
