I have used European Auto Body on two occasions related to non-fault insurance claims and they were professional and thorough.

In fact, I visited them a year ago for non-related damage and the estimator told me it would be cheaper to visit a local body shop.

I recommended them for my sister-in-law this month and they did a good job

Only issue was the extra delay surrounding the July 4th Holiday - three to five days actually became seven days.

If you are paying for the repairs then they will find more things wrong with your car than you can imagine. If the insurance company is paying for it then they will be blind while they are writing the estimate. After insurance company pays they will find all sorts of things wrong with your car and would insist on doing the work. They are not bad due to negligence, on the contrary, they are bad by the way their business operate. They know what they are doing to you and to your car. Stay away from these people at all cost.

Craig, Bob, and Lucunda are very rude, aggressive, nasty, and disgusting. They will never do my car again. They have no class of professionalism, promptness, or Expertise.
