Complaint Description:
Held truck for over 2 months. Charged $10,000. Same problem exists. Refuse to stand behind the repair. Brought in on 09/05/2017 and picked up in November. Would not regen and limited to 5MPH. They replaced Tubro saying that would fix it. It did not fix it. They then said that the turbo replace was needed anyway to resolve hard starting. It did not resolve that either. Then replaced EGR valve saying that was the problem Replaced it. Took truck from West Palm Beach to IL. Truck now stranded in Illinois. Same problem developed. All along I am telling them it is a simple matter of a $200 sensor
