Tried to call these guys to get a quote on a replacement glass tabletop. First two calls it went to machine, I called again and got a guy. I said Hi I'm {my name} who do I have the pleasure of speaking with today?" He replied "Are you sure you're not a telemarketer?" ???!!?? Huh?

"No I'm a customer calling to get a quote."

"Sure you are" HE HANGS UP!!

I called back immediately (NO telemarketer would EVER do THAT) and this idiot lets it go to machine!

I'd give these guys business like NEVER. They're clowns. Not the sharpest knife in the drawer.
