What a great crew! I had a great experience with them and will definitely use them again. One particular tech stood out in his professionalism and manner and I will never forget his name because it is such a cool name... Xavier. Such a talented young man. So glad to see the kind of people Hopkins Air Conditioning has working for them are top notch!

My AC broke over the weekend, and I was expecting a house full for the holiday! I was calling around looking for someone to come out right away. I left a message for Hopkins and the man called me back right away and gave me a window when he'd be here. He called me back to let me know when he was 30 minutes away. When the service man arrived, he was very friendly and presentable. He got to work right away and came out to tell me the problem and cost to fix it. I had questions, and he was very thorough (and patient). I thought the price was reasonable especially for a weekend problem and it was a holiday weekend. I was so impressed that I signed up to be a full time customer with Hopkins. It comes with regular check ups. Very satisfied and highly recommend Hopkins Air Conditioning.

Great customer service, scheduled me promptly and will definitely be using them again! Family-owned, really care about their customers. Not like these big companies that don't care and just charge you a lot of money for poor quality work.

Great small family company. The guys are honest and don't try to rip you off. And they are clean and polite. They have been servicing my home for years.

We had a contract for service with Hopkins. Poor quality and over charged. Stay Away!!

Terrible customer experience. No good explanation of billing practices, and I was charge 440 dollars 'labor' for 1 hour of installation work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
