I called category 5 after recently closing on a house that the previous owner had the complete house done by category 5 except one entry that needed to be done when the guy answered the phone I told him my situation that I would like for somebody to come out and give me an estimate and get it done he immediately responded with that's going to be $1500 I said Wow for one accordion shutter and he said that that's their minimum chargeit just seems that he could care less if he get business or not I called another company and he was more than happy to come out and do the job for a quarter of that minimum charge they just seem very unprofessional
