Everyone is so nice and my dog always looks so great. They don't believe in putting your dog in a cage for hour. It stresses them out. You make your appointment and depends on the type of dog and what services you want, but 2 hrs later my Australian Shepard is ready, prices are good

I was very excited to have someone come groom my dog at the house, but I will never use them again. After they left I noticed a scrape very close to my dog's eye and down her nose. I called to tell them that they should've told me what happened as my dog cannot tell me herself when she has something that hurts and the owner, who groomed her, said there was no way he did and basically told me a I was wrong. Very bad management style when someone just sweeps it under the rug. He should at least have shown some concern and ask for a picture or something. Don't let them groom your dog because if something happens to your pet they'll blame it on something else.

Though I have used them only a couple of times, I think they are fantastic. Kadel is a very gentle person. I have a Toy Poodle who is 11yrs old and has many health problems. He has taken excellent care of her, taking into consideration all her health issues and making sure she is comfortable with him. Wonderful man. Excellent service. Always on time. Prices are great also. I would highly recommend them. And I am a very tough critic when it comes time to my Poodle!
