his neighborhood is not the best. The manager has a complain for every little thing. You want a fence he won't allow it but every one else can have one.He ain't the best influence he tell other that their car can't be parked on the left side of their home but yet he can?!He is never in his office.If thing are not done the way he asks he charges a fine or asks you to remove yourself and manufactured home from the community.
