Provided by YP.comOMG! worst customer service ever!! Unreliable information, calls aren't returned. If the local office can't help you, don't bother calling the Executive Customer Care Team. They are useless. When lives and quality of life are at risk, I would expect a more responsive, caring response. I guess when you have a monopoly on a service, there is really no accountability.
