Bad record keeping as they cannot verify what supplies I have when looking at my account. Reps are nice on phone but do not follow through (ordered supplies on 12/14 and they never contacted my doctor for script). I gave rep new home address and phone number and she updated address but not the new phone number. When I get my supplies they also send items I cannot use, like wrong size CPAP masks and nasal pillows and I wonder if Medicare is being billed for them.

DO NOT use this company!! They bothered me and threatened me over $2.47, which I did not owe. I am on Medicare & have supplemental insurance policy that covers anything Medicare does not. The people I dealt with that come to your home were great. Account coordinator & driver that came to pick-up equipment . Seems like they are friendly and polite if they don't work in the office. What kind of business sends 3 letters for a matter of $2.47? Is that smart or good business. Stamps .44 x 3 = $1.32, paper for the letters, envelops, cost of employee to prepare said letters. Does this sound like cost effective ? Do you want to trust your health to someone that has that kind thought process?
