food is way over priced, I've had better for less. $10 for an order of onion rings please, $60 for a 16 oz steak, I've paid $40 for better. hardly ever can you get a table by just walking in, you have to book 2 days in advance if you have more than 2 people, some may like that but I like to eat when I'm hungry

my family and I love this place! The steaks are terrific and the servers are very professional. It's not very "pretty" but it is a traditional steakhouse and the food is always consistent. We celebrate every birthday here and have a great time.

If there were a negative star rating, i would give it a negative 5. I took my mother and wife for lunch and we both were sickened by the Beef Stew.

I have eaten in many places world wide and Okeechobee steakhouse was the first to give me the SHI_ _! When I called to warn them to take the stew off the menu their response was "I had the stew and I am fine." My poor mother and I were sick all afternoon. Stay away from this place living on the glory days.

The very best Steakhouse in S Florida. There is none like it and time has proven that!!!

If you want to have an exceptional dining experience-this is your place. The food is fantastic! Service is brisk, efficient, and friendly. The quality of the aged steaks is unsurpassed, sides are hand-made and delicious, and the appetizer and dessert offerings follow suit-top quality and taste. Prices here are reasonable indeed for the quality offered-count on $35 a plate, plus appetizers, drinks, and dessert. Atmosphere is quiet and relaxed with lovely decor-a perfect place to take your special someone. Seating offered includes tables and booths. For a more casual experience-some seating is available bar-side as well.This steak house is a gem for those who appreciate quality service and food. I thrive on finding outstanding restaurants offering the kind of fare that I enjoy. Okeechobee Steak House exceeds expectations for semi-casual fine dining. It is among my favorite places to dine and if you visit, you will experience steak and service at their best! Bon Appetit!
