I've ordered from this Pizza Hut twice and I should've learned after the first experience. The first time my delivery was an 1 1/2, when I called to check on the status the woman was very rude. Order arrived and was completely wrong, along with being cold. The driver also did not have a pen to sign the receipt. I decided to give them another chance, I pre ordered for delivery at 10:45, I didn't receive my food until 12:35. I listed special instructions for my delivery on how to get through the gate. The driver was unaware of these instructions. He had to call me a total of 4 times to find my apartment building, once he arrived he also did not have a pen. And once again the pizza was stiff as though it had been sitting for 2 hours. I hope this review helps others before ordering from here! Terrible.
