I've been coming here weekly for 5 years - always a very very positive experience...always

This morning - however - the woman would not give me quarters, or bills, for the $2 in nickels and dimes I had with me, change I've been getting every week, for 5 years, from Terrence and the rest of the staff.

And on top of refusal to assist with my simple request, she was nastier than the Wicked Witch of the West

5 years I've come here without a single issue.

I'm most likely never coming back until either she apologizes to my face the next time I see her, the owner trains this woman on how to treat their most loyal customers, or fires her for her unprofessional, disrespectful, lazy, attitude.

Worst Customer Service ever. The place caught on fire due to bad electrical with dryer and they refuse to let anyone have contact info for owner and wont compensate for damages. Do not come here its ghetto.
