For 100 years, Rosner's has been dedicated to providing the best service and selection of appliances and electronics, with 32 of those years spent servicing Palm Beach County. Four generations of Rosners have strived to provide premium merchandise at competitive prices all with friendly smiles that keep customers coming back and sales steadily increasing. Along with the latest in TV and appliances, customers will always find something else at Rosner's TV & Appliances on South Military Trail. That would be a ROSNER, as in Lenny Rosner, 70, the Company's President, his son Jeff Rosner, 44, Vice President and Buyer, daughter Staci Rosner, 33, Sales Manager. If the doors are open, there is a Rosner in the store, says Jeff Rosner. He and his sister are the fourth generation. Lenny Rosner's roots go back to 1911 when his grandfather, David Rosner, opened a hardware store in Yonkers, New York. In the early 1930s, Lenny's father, Aaron, joined the family business and expanded the business entering into appliances with Frigidaire. The business continued at the same location until 1979 when the store was sold. Lenny moved to Florida to continue the family tradition when he and his wife, Roz, opened on South Military Trail in West Palm Beach. A key element to the company's success is its membership in a Nationwide Marketing Group, a cooperative buying group based in Winston-Salem, NC, with 3,000 independent dealer members who do more than $12 billion in sales a year. With an expanded showroom and the latest state-of-the-art technology, Rosner's continues to keep pace with the big box stores and continues to satisfy customers with guaranteed low prices and knowledgeable and friendly service. In line with its strategy as a company, Rosner's has stuck with its 'Mom and Pop' method of doing business by operating one main location in Palm Beach, ensuring personalized service for every customer. One of the things that you think would separate Rosners' from large appliance retailers is their commitment to personalized customer service, and the fact that they are a family owned business. This is echoed in their slogan "Satisfied Customers for 100 years."

Let me tell you a different story. My aging grandparents, one of which who is 90 and the other 92, bought almost all of their appliances from Rosners' over the years. When my grandmother had to buy a new refrigerator, instead of going to the local Best Buy which is about 10 minutes away, she went to Rosners' a sum 45 minute drive from their house; they come from an age when loyalty meant something.

Well, after buying the refrigerator it came with a rather large depression on the door (obviously from handling). After my parents and I arrived for Christmas holidays we assured them that it wasn't normal and paid a visit to Rosners'. Nicole at Rosners' was very friendly and assured us that it would be looked at by a "GE Technician." After the technician arrived he bounced back and forth between whether or not GE was going to replace the door, finally deciding on not, and left. He told Rosners' that we were rude and this was part of the reason. I really wish we had recorded the encounter because we were nothing but cordial in trying to explain the problem we were having. If you have a look online you will see that GE is known for being rude, dismissive, and downright deplorable according to Consumer Affairs.

Naturally, Rosners' sided with GE because that ultimately means less work/$ for their mistake.
It seems as though dents and machines arriving to customers in less than 100% condition is not only isolated to us. Check out other Google and Yelp reviews.

It is a sad day when smaller, family owned businesses, with a commitment to satisfied customers is upstaged by the likes of Best Buy and Home Depot.

Satisfied Customers for 0 years.

Had Samsung refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave delivered in February. The refrigerator had a ding on the door and the dishwasher a rust spot on the door. Noted it on arrival and notified store. Called multiple times regarding getting replacement parts. Now October and still no action on their part. Very disappointed.
