Dr. Norris was patient, made me feel comfortable with the treatment I received and explained my options for care.

Dr. Hinson and his staff have been exceptional.

I fell and broke my hip and needed a total hip replacement. Dr Norris was so caring. Took the time to explain everything to me and is an excellent surgeon. I'm so glad I found him. He is the only orthopedic Dr I would ever go to. I can't thank him enough for all he has done for me.

I end up at Hospital Emergency with a hip/ fracture … and he did the surgery…. HE saved my life

Everything was efficient and handled in a very timely manner!

I had thorough documentation done, review of records, and full discussion of reasons for pain, options for treatment, and what to expect with each option. I felt lije i had control of my treatment and not just told to 'try this' for a while and see what happens.

Simplifies explanations of what to expect. Great listening skills and very easy to talk with about concerns. Same goes for all the staff I have encountered at two different locations.
