DO NOT GO HERE!



Clue #1 - We arrived 45 minutes after they opened and the door was locked. I called while standing out front and asked the person who answered if they had moved. They came and unlocked the door so we went in, big mistake.



Clue #2 - We were the ONLY people dining there...on a SUNDAY night at 6:00pm



Clue #3 - We asked our server, Sara, how long they've been open and she said since September but they haven't been very busy. They even stopped serving lunch because no one was coming in.



I checked the menu before deciding to eat there since I don't eat meat (my husband is a steak lover), but they had several pasta dishes that sounded wonderful. She hands us menus and I noticed they now only had ONE pasta dish. She said they keep changing the menu.



I ordered the Land and Sea pasta and asked if they could put the steak on the side for my husband to eat, she said no problem. The food finally comes and the steak is in my pasta. She apologized and said they could re-make it but it wasn't the end of the world, we picked it out. I took the first bite and it was cold. I then started to look around for the "sea" in the land and sea pasta and only found TINY bits of lobster and shrimp. Are you kidding me? $21.95 and they serve you cold, tasteless pasta with next to no shrimp or lobster. I complained to the server who offered to make me something else. I didn't trust anything else that came out of that kitchen.



My husband said his steak had absolutely NO flavor and the baked potato was undercooked. The only thing that was actually good was the green beans.



We asked for change of a $20 bill and saw someone we hadn't seen before. The manager! She was hiding in the kitchen the entire time. I told her about my meal and come to find out, the server lied to her as to why I sent it back! I explained that the pasta was cold, the sauce was cold and the steak was in the pasta when the server said it would be on the side. We left and vowed to NEVER return.

DON'T GO HERE! My 1st visit. I tried to order an item that was no longer available, the couple sitting next to us tried to order three separate items to be told they were also not avialable. Upon ordering, we waited over an hour and 25 minutes for our food. Upon arrival, the steak was cold, the sweet potato was under cooked, and the asparagus (extra cost $3.00) was only issued 4 small stems. Our waiter went M.I.A. and we had to get someone else, who said: let me get a Manager. Who is the Manager? I never meant the Manager. In fact, our waiter showed up after 20 more minutes to take our plates and announce the kitchen screwed up tonight.Really is that all you see screwed up? Another 5 minutes pass then we get a ticket minus the steak meal. Sure, I didn't have to pay for the one meal, but I still don't know if a Manager exists here, as no one came out to apologize for the extensive wait, service, meal, and that the one meal would be on the restaurant. WTH. Seriously? You cannot just comp a meal and think that it makes it ok to accept poor service these days. We didn't even have someone tell us thank you as we were walking out the door. True appreciation there! The business was not busy, as there were a total of 12 other people (including me and another person) in the facility TOTAL. I took out the reciept to call and speak with a Manager, to only recieve a recording that the number is being forwarded to another number that isn't taking calls. Really?! The question says: If I told my best friend- OR HOW ABOUT ALL MY CLIENTS AT THE ASSOCIATION, VENDORS, ASSOCIATES, FRIENDS, FAMILY, NEIGHBORING BUSINESSES AND THOSE THAT I KNOW WHO WORK THERE- I'D SAY: DON'T EVER GO HERE! It is a poor example of business ethics being praticed or upheld. Don't send your children to work here, they have a better chance of learning business practices from the man or lady standing on the corner of Okeechobee and Military. I'm disgusted that this type of service is allowed and that the Manager running this facility didn't have the integrity to do the right thing as a leader in front of the rest of the those employed there. I wil not return to Signature Steakhouse, I will take my business to other surrounding restaurants. Hell, I can get a better steak at Butterfield's at CrossTown Plaza on Coummunity. My date of visit was 11-18-11, ticket shows at 9:47 PM, table 23, transaction 3/300- so that it is known I'm not making this up; I am a Customer who deserves serivce worth paying for- everyone should receive service worth paying for. DON'T GO HERE!
