The workmanship on our new pool and patio is beyond our expectations. The ivory Travertine was installed in a French pattern giving our backyard the luxurious feeling we were looking for. We used Michaelangelo glass tile with coordinating Miami blue speckle plaster giving our home a tropical resort look. The workers were friendly, conscientious and diligent in their work effort. We paid extra to have the pool cured by Southern Pool Plasterers and I highly recommend this service to be sure the process is done properly. There were some hiccups in scheduling but weather in South Florida is not always predictable.

Great Company, We hire Southern Pool Plasterers to resurface all of our pools. I am a contractor and I am pleased with every job that we have hired Southern Pools to complete.

I wish we had read these reviews before hiring Kim at Southern Pools.
This pool company cannot call themselves professional in any way. She was horrible to respond and when we were done we had a huge leak at the new pool light that Southern installed. That cost me more money. Also, after I hired a separate company to do the pool plastering sweeping and chemical treatment, they never returned to deal with turning on the salt system.. This company leaves you hanging high and dry. Go with a reputable firm and I wished too, I had read the reviews about them. Dont be fooled!

Our experience with Southern Pool Plasterers has been nothing but positive. The estimate I received was competitive. Everyone involved from Kim, the owner, to Karen in the office, to Brandon doing the advising and estimating, to Omar and his crew doing the plastering work, to Todd, who did the balancing on my water chemistry, has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Their workers arrive on time, do great work and and clean up when they leave. The completed job looks great, and I would not hesitate to recommend Southern Pool Plasterers to anyone who is looking to redo their pool. Many thanks to everyone involved.

Anyone knows living is South Florida and finding a company that is professional, knowledgeable in their field of expertise and reliable to complete the job on time and to your expectation is a feat in it self.
I have to say that Southern Pool Plasterer receives a check mark on all of the above. Kim and her team from sales to putting the pool back in service was above and beyond. Needless to say the resurfacing job her team did was completed when they said it would be and it came out beautiful. I would highly recommend Souther Pool Plasterers to anyone looking to get their pool resurface. Thanks Kim to you and your team for a job well done from a happy customer.

I had a salt system installed by Southern Pool Plasterers. Since being installed, I made numerous calls to them concerning the fact that the system was not properly functioning and producing sufficient chlorine. A certified letter was sent. They have not responded. I have no other recourse then to file a complaint against their license and take legal action.

Kim and her crew at Southern Pool Plasterers did a beautiful job refinishing my pool. Her courteous crew arrived on time on the day we had scheduled, and by the end of the week my family was swimming in our lovely new pool. Throughout the week, I received regular email updates telling me what to expect and how the job was progressing. Not only did Southern Pool's crew apply a beautiful new Miami Blue finish, but they renovated my tile, which is lovely and which I did not want to replace. The tile looks better now than when we bought the house 18 years ago! And the price was very competitive. I definitely recommend Southern Pool Plasterers to anyone looking for a pool resurfacing company.

From the estimate, to the finish and the new equipemnt eery one was so courtesy and knowledgeable. I loved how it is an estimator not a salesman! I would always recommend this company! I was referred to them by a guy I was chatting up at home depot!
