Provided by YPmobileForgot to book valet and they were able to provide service with only a couple hours notice. Very professional. All in uniform, on time, and stayed till the end.

Provided by YP.comBraman Audi had thrown an event to launch the new A3 model in April 2014. Braman hired Valet and Parking Management, Inc. of West Palm Beach, FL who is owned by Anthony (Tony) Royle. On the night that I valeted my car, I asked if the employees can drive manual transmission. The response was yes. When the event ended at 1:00am and 300 people were leaving at the same time, my car was pulled up and I was shuttled into it as everyone else was trying to leave. I walked towards my car from the rear and the drivers door was opened for me. After I drove home that night and went to my car in the morning, there were damages to the front of my A4 Audi. After contacting Tony and letting him know the situation, he didn't follow up with me until 48 hours and only texted me after I was leaving voicemails. Then refused to answer any voicemails. After 72 hours Tony contacted me with a verbose letter saying that his company will not be taking responsibility.
The long story short is this valet company has poor work and moral ethics when dealing with customers. In addition, if you are a potential client of this valet company, I would highly suggest not using their services because if this should happen to a client of yours, your company will be tarnished in your client’s eyes. Very similar to how Braman Audi is in my eyes.
Stay away from this valet company. They don't know how to do proper business.
