I had to call the police to the office. My son came out screaming and crying, saying the dentist slammed his head down and held his hand over his nose forcing him to keep his mouth open. After 2 abcesses with the tooth he initially crowned, I had to finally let another dentist extract it. My son is and will be forever traumatized by Dentists. Thank u Mr.Floyd for your help.
