Told that my packages were delivered but we're not just yesterday.I'm convinced they stole my items cause there were other items in the box that were not in my name so they targeted me. Bastards

my certified letter has been in wpb for 7 days, going to different PO but never my house. It has money that has caused a lot of problems for a lot of ppl. They dont care, you call everyone and they hang up on you. They cant even tell me where it is so I can go do there job. Orlando is much bettter place

Package arrived at post office On December 18 2015 and never delivered . No one answer the phone for over 4 days Now January 5 2016 and still no Package .

They don't even answer their telephone! My 2 day priority letter was misdirected from Philadelphia, PA and has been sitting in this facility for the past 2 days. Get off the beach and answer your telephone!

You would assume that due to the size of the location that you would have a better customer experience; however, that is no the case. The staff is unfriendly and lacks customer service skills. I would stay far far away from this post office and I will never return to this location.
