They are rude and unprofessional. They will hold your car and tell you they can't find it so they can take up fees. My son was severely injured in an accident and dealing with his recovery is tiresome enough. I don't need any further distress at this time. DO NOT USE A & B TOWING. All police agencies do your residents a favor and save them the grief of using this company.

Not a bad towing company, my car got towed by them. By a guy named Johnathan. The car was not damaged. The staff was as expected for a towing company not rude. They couldn't release it to me on Sunday cause it was easter. Not a problem as long as they weren't charging me for the extra day. Which they didn't. I would recommend them.

24 hour service is ABSOLUTELY false, I called to ask when I could get (pickup) a vehicle on Saturday evening and I guess the main # went to a supposed dispatch which was a man who I could barely understand and lacking articulation skills, but hey everyone needs a job I gather! He then told me that I could not pick up my vehicle until Monday morning(**This I believe would be considered service). They want your business in getting the vehicles but are reluctant to release them as a moneymaker, I highly recommend you look elsewhere because I believe if a first impression is indicative of this service then its not Good service afterall in fact its terrible :)

They have the worst service. 24 hours...right....just call and see. It's not 24 hours and they will hold your car until the next day to make sure they get their money and the providers are rude.
