I went there to look for a vehicle , didn't get any help at all, everyone was on their phone and texting or whatever they was doing . So I walked off and went to another car lot where I purchased a 2012 Lexus Es 350! Maybe I didn't look like I had enough money for their attention, but customer service is everything to me!!!! which they did not show at all!!!

My cousin and I drove from Naples to Autostyle in West Park with the intention of buying one car, a Ford Mustang. When we got here that specific car had been sold. The associate that was helping us (Henry) immediately found another solution for us. He told us he had another one of the same car, the car ended up being a newer year, less mileage, and gas saver and it was the same price as the other Mustang. My cousin thought it was a deal! Right across from that car was an Acura TL which I had been looking for a long time. We sat down with Gary, to my opinion, the best financer I have ever met, my cousin has no credit and he was able to get him approved for the car he wanted! seeing his talent I asked him if he could work with me on the Acura TL and he was also able to offer me a great deal. He got me approved with a lower interest than even my own Credit Union could offer. We were able to take both cars home at great deal! We are both super pleased! From the moment we spoke to Henry (Sales Associate) to the transfer to finance the car with Gary. Management was very involved in the whole experience. It has truly been the best car buying experience we've had. I recommend Autostyle for everyone who is interested in a new car, they will go the extra mile for the customer.

Ray has bent over backwards to make this deal for me and Ray is a wonderful asset to the company. :)
