Provided by YP.comWe had such a great experience at Tri County. We got there right when they opened and were immediately taken care of. Dr. Moskop was amazing, she immediately gave my dog relief and got us on the appropriate meds. She took her time with my dog and showed so much care which we both needed at that moment. The rest of the staff was great too. I was so very thankful and appreciative for their services that night, I'm not sure what we would've done without their care.

Let me tell you the OLD FAT GUY with the boot on his foot is a complete A-HOLE!!! Zero compassion for first time visitors, we were very apprehensive even coming not knowing the staff/Vet but we took our puppy in and he comes out takes the dog and says fill the paper out and we will call when we are done. NEVER asked what the problem was and when noticed someone inside I went in and asked if one of us could go back with our dog and the dirty looks he gave were awful, I explained that's our dog and we are concerned because we don't know the staff or even who the Vet is taking care of him, still giving dirty looks never once tried to reassure me our dog was in good hands and he said no one can come in unless your pet is being put down again NASTY TONE and nasty looks so I said you know what go get our dog and ill take him to our vet in the morning and he says Yeah that's probably a good idea and slammed the phone down, when he brought our dog out I told him you don't make this situation easy and are rude and he says So are you and turns around and hobbles his fat ass back inside!! HE IS A HORRIBLE PERSON and has NO business being in that position AT ALL!! I will NEVER come back to that shit hole because of him.....

We had to have our dog, Cody put down and took him to the clinic. They were very helpful and compassionate. Treated us with respect and sympathy and were very gentle and caring to Cody.

Provided by YP.comWe took our dog in because he was not responsive. The staff was wonderful and caring. The vet, not so much. After we found out our friend had a stroke the vet was very impatient and rude about us talking over our decision. Completely unfeeling. Dr Donna sassman I believe. After weighing our friends survival chances we decided to end his pain. Supposed to be quick and painless right? They even messed that up and had to give him two binjections because they did the first one wrong! This was horrifying and painful for us all. We're so traumatized by this I don't know if we can adopt a pet again. She should be removed from service here and banned from the place! If your reading this "doctor " I am telling everyone I meet how terrible, unprofessional, and incompetent you are!

They took excellent care of my dog, who had a dislocated hip. I was extremely happy with the gentle caring way they handled him. The explained everything in detail and were basically wonderful!

I would advise you to NOT take your animals any where near this place. This morning I tried to take my dog to be checked and I was refused service because it was 20 minutes before they closed. I didn't know that they didn't see animals when they were still opened. I called at 8pm tonight to find out who to file a complaint with and the young lady that answered the phone "Jenny" was not very helpful either. No one can tell you who to contact in order to file a complaint. I got Dr Thompson is in charge and that there is a board that is above him but she had no idea what the board was called. She said they dont have a name they are just a board and that I can call on Tuesday and talk to the office manager "Jen Lockard" and she should be able to give me some information on who to contact. I did ask her if it is normal practice for them not to see animals 20 minutes before they closed and she informed me that if there was no vet there and if our vet opened at 8am then they wouldnt see me. I asked her do they not have a vet on staff during their business hours and I told her that I told the man this morning my vet wasnt open and I was told that they close in 20 minutes and they could not see me. She informed me that she was sure I wasnt spoken to that way and Yes the guy was actually a huge jerk. She also said they do have a vet on staff when they are open. She told me I could call Tuesday and talk to Jen and get that information. She was not very nice either.

Provided by YP.comThe staff was very friendly and very compassionate. I took in my 4 yr old male cat with a urinary tract blockage. After discovering we just could not cover the fees the dr was kind enough to do everything he could with in our budget. We are home and the cat is doing much better and hopefully he will stay that way. The care we received was so nice during such a stressful situation.
