Poor quality installation with our tile flooring and carpet, and doors were not rehung after installation, damage to our prexisting floor, demo of a floor we didn't want to replace yet, I could go on. It's been 2 months and and we are still trying to get them to fix the mistakes.

Had vinyl flooring laid in the kitchen and laundry room. Butler Flooring did not do the job correctly. They cut the vinyl up to the strip that goes over the carpet and vinyl, about an 1/8th of an inch from the strip, leaving a gap. The strip should have been removed and a new strip laid over both types of flooring, connecting the two. They did the same thing in the doorway to the garage, cutting the vinyl about 1/8th of an inch from the threshold, instead of putting it underneath a new threshold piece. The used shoe molding to cover the edges along the cupboards, instead of vinyl baseboard material. The floor looks terrible, traps dirt and debris, and it's peeling up along the exposed edges, with even more dirt accumulating underneath the edges, causing more peeling. I called to have them come back out to correct this...constantly. They said there would be a service charge to come out. It's been a year, and they still haven't come to correct their workmanship. Go to Lowe's. They do the job right the first time. I found that out the hard way.
