Provided by YP.comI called VA office 417-257-2454 several times and each and every time the person on the other end was hard to understand. All I got was "Operator" then when I explained my problem he would transfer my all with out telling me who,what dept. or anything. And only got a person's answering machine. It's almost like they didn't even want to bother with me! Horrible
